Robbery: Gunmen Pose As Evangelists, Rob Tenants In Edo State

As the yuletide season fast approaches, desperate armed robbers in Benin City, the Edo State capital, now disguise as evangelists to gain access to private residences, in the guise of preaching the gospel.

The unlucky armed men, numbering three, were reportedly caught at Ebvoutubu, a suburban settlement in the city, when after gaining access to a block of four flats at about 9am yesterday, they brought out a cut-to-size pump action gun which they used to dispossess many women of their belongings.
