ECTL Fourth Quarter Investors Update Now Available Online

Dear Shareholders,

The Ellist Communication Technology Ltd fourth quarter business activities came to an end today [January 14, 2015].

The main drive of the ECTL is traffic; more traffic generates more revenue. Our technology is built so rigorously to monetize every web traffic we get. The digital advertising landscape is advancing everyday and more large portals are building their own in-house advertising program to monetize their huge web traffic.

Hence we lost some of the largest web traffic sources such as Naij.com, National Mirror etc. This also led to the loss of some of our major advertisers like mobofree. Because of this trend, we decided to build our own traffic sources to consume our adverts, hence we started our flagship project http://talkafrica.co

Within 3months+ of its launched we have driven the traffic to over 20,000 daily unique but this is still far from the projected minimum daily traffic of 200,000 Africans needed to attract large institutional advertisers. We can achieve this in the next quarter as we have been able to master the pattern and, with better funding and completion of the mobile apps for the platform, traffic will be greatly improved.

Dividends
===============

There will be no dividend for the fourth quarter as our revenue has greatly been affected by low traffic buildup. We hope to steer the business to success this coming quarter.

Outlook for the Fifth Quarter
=================================

(i) The ECTL is currently building a datafeed technology to enable all shareholders view the companies daily revenue real time. Our policy has always been hinged on openness and transparency. The core businesses of the ECTL is done online and all business data and recorded online, we intend streaming this data to all shareholders daily.

(ii) With lowering revenue, we are inviting shareholders, who can volunteer in supervising some of our web projects as telecommuting team members, to join the team. It is important to be part of the growth of the ECTL.

Our Challenges At the Moment
================================

The ECTL has been able to massively invest in building some of the very important technology required in monetizing web traffic. We have a link advertising technology, Social media monetization technology, banner and contextual ads monetization technology and finally we have built a robust portal technology to drive traffic and make these technologies developed profitable.

At this stage, we need aggressive campaigns and better advertising budgets to reach out to millions of internet users in Africa. With large traffic comes better revenue.

Our challenge at the moment is getting the right funding to promote these project, we have currently placed 5% of the companies share to raise the required funding needed to massively grow our traffic source this coming quarter.

Without aggressive campaign, it may take longer to get to the required traffic levels where revenue will be meaningful.

Regards!!!

ECTL Team

Joke: Five Parachutes, Four First Class Citizens, One Jet Plane; Who died?

A plane was about to crash and there were only four parachutes in the plane. Meanwhile there were five people on board the plane.

The first person was Cristiano Ronaldo and he said: I am the best footballer, I can't die now" so he took 1 parachute and left.

The second person, who was Aliko Dangote said "i'm the richest man in Africa and i'm too young to die" so he took a parachute and left.

The third was President Jonathan and he said: "I am the smartest president in the world so i cannot die right now, my people still need me;" so he took 1 and left.

Then It was left with Pope Francis and a little
school girl. The Pope said to the little girl: "take the last one, I am ready to sacrifice my life for yours". Astonishingly, the little girl replied: 'no need for that, there are two parachutes left.

The pope asked her: how come? The little girl
replied: 'the Nigerian president took my school bag.

What do you think will happen to President Jonathan according to this joke?

The Beef Continues: Reno Omokiri's 14 Questions for General Buhari and the APC.

I have questions for Gen Buhari and his party and I hope rather than insults we will get answers to these factual questions.

1. Has Buhari apologised to Ben Ogedengbe's family for killing him for a crime that did not carry death penalty when he committed it.

2. If Buhari really believes that power is from God as he says, then why did he take it by
force in 1983?

3. Has Buhari apologized to the people of Lagos for cancelling Jakande's Metroline & forfeiting the $50 million Lagos paid for it?

4. Why did Buhari regime use violence to stop the September 1985 National Conference of
the National Association of Nigerian Students?

5. Has Buhari apologized for heading the ONLY
military administration that did not have a transition plan to hold elections?

6. Has Buhari apologized for jailing Tai Solarin & denying him his asthma drugs simply because he campaigned against military rule

7. Has Buhari apologized for jailing Nduka Irabor and Tunde Thompson for writing a truthful report which embarrassed his government?

8. Has Buhari apologized for raiding Papa Awolowo's house and seizing his passport so he couldn't travel out of the country?

9. Has Buhari apologized for throwing VP Alex
Ekwueme in jail even though it was proven that
Ekwueme DID NOT steal?

10. What reason did Buhari have for jailing Ojukwu in 1984? Ojukwu was not in Shagari's government and he did not steal!

11. Can Buhari explain to young Nigerians why he banned the Nigerian Medical Association? Does he hate doctors?

12. What reason did Buhari have for jailing the
activist Beko Ransome Kuti who campaigned for his brother, Fela's release?

13. They say Buhari is now a democrat. Really? Then why did he treat the Oputa Panel with such disdain and refused to appear?

14. Why did Buhari jail Fela Kuti in 1984? What was Fela's crime? Singing against military
government?

Open Letter To General Muhammadu Buhari By Chika Onuora

Since I heard that the All Progressives Congress (APC) voted you in as its presidential candidate, I have been worried about so many issues, some of which I will mention, but others I will raise at other fora.

To start with, as a woman, I am pained that you will not have an office of the First Lady. Many have said that the constitution does not have a provision for that office, which I believe is true, but I still insist that you bring your wife to Abuja, and into the Aso Rock Villa, to help better our lives. She can only do that with the full paraphernalia of an office, so I advise that you reconsider your position.

Again, Sir, it is not about that office, but about the dividends. Most of us do not like Patience, but we like what she has gotten for us. I am not so stupid and irreligious to believe we will equal the men, but at least we can consolidate on the 35% we now have. With you, the future is grim and foreboding.

Dear General, Sir, I may be sounding disrespectful at this stage in my letter, but it is for a good reason because as a woman who has nurtured children with a supporting husband, I cannot understand why a man who served in the Nigerian Army and rose to your rank can be described as an officer and a gentleman. An officer maybe, but a gentleman definitely not. And I thought one of the reasons given for wives decorating their husbands on promotion was to show they were a rank higher. It appears to me that for some of you, while you are officers, your wives are fresh recruits.

Pardon my anger, but I must keep speaking until I ventilate why I can never, ever, vote for you, even if my husband thinks you are what Nigeria needs. He is still suffering certain deprivations for suggesting that in a discussion with his friends to my hearing.

I read the other day that you claimed to have forgiven those who sent you out of Dodan Barracks, but I think all that is politics. If you could not forgive a divorced and dead wife, only fools, including your newfound friends, especially those of the South-West who propped you up, will believe you. That is if they are that foolish! I can wager that Ibrahim Babangida did not believe a word of that your comment. Knowing him as I do, he will work his best underground against you. So will his boys.

Sir, where exactly is your second wife, Aisha? There are too many stories in the open concerning her; and her continual absence either proves the stories have a semblance of truth, or you are just the good, old Buhari that cannot change.

I do not wish to comment on President Goodluck Jonathan or his wife, Patience, but I fear gravely that with you in the Aso Villa, our gender will lose all the gains that Jonathan's presidency gave us.

Dear General, I read something written by a woman on the back page of the Punch newspapers of Thursday, January 8, 2015 concerning your "missing wife", but this was the most instructive for me. The writer wrote: "There are several reasons one can adduce for Buhari and his wife's photo hide-and-seek. One, the culture of lovey-dovey is simply not him. Like the Igbo proverb that says a man cannot learn to be left-handed in old age, I wager that this is a left-handedness that Buhari has not learnt and is probably a far harder lesson than removing his cap during a church service.

"Two, he probably thinks being seen with a woman will detract from his famed militarist discipline and Spartan image. He has done a lot of bending just to project himself as a non-Islamic fundamentalist (and) pan Nigerian statesman but the woman aspect just does not resonate well with him – yet. Third, the religion and culture Buhari has known all his life do gift a second-class citizen status to women."

Sir, Is this writer right in her summation? If that is the case, we may have to wait until you are 76 years old and recognize how important we are as women to vote you in.

See you in 2019!

Facebook Share n Earn Secret On TalkAfrica Cracked

It is always a great pleasure to constantly reveal to you great secrets towards ensuring that your earnings swell on a daily basis; after all, what is the point of labouring day-in-day-out, when one cannot reach the minimum payout threshold of N2000 monthly?

It can be so frustrating that, in spite of the many promises this forum aim to fulfil to millions of Africans, only few publishers are cashing out monthly; everybody deserves to be paid monthly, but your being paid monthly depends on the efforts, time, energy you put into activities on the forum. Nobody is going to pay you for not being active here; because you must be active in order to get paid. So, what must you do to be paid this month?

Until few a couple of weeks back, publishers are only paid 5kobo for every IP that clicks on the topics they created. However, everything changed with the introduction of a new payment system by the management. Under the new payment system, things became streamlined and more efficient. Thus, we had two main instant rewarding programs: The Share n Earn program and the Publishers program. At the moment, the Share n Earn program is more rewarding for you are paid N1000 for every 1000 valid IPs.

How can you get valid IPs to quickly boast your earnings and reach payout? The trick is to engage your social media contacts on twitter, facebook, LinkedIn, BBM, whatsapp, Badoo, 2go, Pinterest, etc. It is important to point out here that the focus of this article is solely on the use of FACEBOOK.

Facebook has a lot of real audience and if you are looking for valid IPs, then this is one of the most important social media platform to begin from. But, if you may want to ask this question: how can a publisher effectively use facebook to drive valid IPs to TalkAfrica in order to increase earnings?

There are several strategies that various people use to achieve this aim:

1. Posting topics already created on your timeline by using the Social Media Sharing Tool named Share n Earn; you will find this tool at the bottom of every topic created.

2. Posting topics on Facebook Pages, Fan Pages, Group Pages.

3. Making comments on Sponsored Pages, such as Jumia, Kaymu, OLX, etc

4. Tagging your friends on facebook when updating your status.

5. Searching for friends who are from your location, country. For instance, if you are a from Nigeria or Ghana or South Africa, it is suggested that you search for your fellow active country people. By adding fellow active country people to your list of friends, you are potentially creating wealth for yourself in return.

6. Engage your friends on facebook, especially when they make comments on your posts; because, the more your friends find out that you like their comments are also engage them, the more they continue to follow your posts.

So, what are you waiting for? Are you ready to start working immediately or you still want to explore more avenues? It is always better to work with the ideas you already have and build on them.

Do you have any tip and contribution to add to what has been written above? Please, kindly drop them using the comment box so that more publishers can learn and earn income monthly from this program.

Are you a guest reading and having the feeling of giving this program trial? I can assure you that those feelings of yours are good feelings and you need to act on them by clicking on the link below.

Cheers!!!

Nigerians Must Not Vote Based On Religious Sentiments, Nuhu Replies Tamunokuro.

You can call me sentimental or biased, and I will call you a stupid idiot. I will cast my vote for Goodluck Ebele Jonathan because he is a southerner and a Christian. I'm sick and tired of all these people talking about sentiments and all rubbish.

Northern muslims will not vote for Goodluck, not because he has not performed, but because he is neither a muslim nor a northerner, despite the fact that he did more for them on education than any of their past leaders including Buhari by trying to educate the Almajiri that the leave in the streets to turn to boko haram fighters, gave them 12 new federal universities. Read more here: http://talkafrica.co/ng/p/21561/20788-updates

Chris Tamunokuro
.........................................

I have read your post. Go and take the statistics of the following please.

1. How many muslim dominated state in the north that are having Christians as the deputy governors and compare to how many
southerner state dominated Christian that made a muslim their deputy governor if any?

2. How many southerners that live and own properties in the north compare 2 how many northerner dat live and own properties in the south?

3. How many churches in the north compare to how many mosques in th south?

4. Minister of finance, petroleum, CBN governor and Nigeria president, these positions have never bn occupied by a particular section of d
country in our history before now, Goodluck Ebele Jonathan started it now just for him to perpetuate stealing.

I will advice you to do yourself a favour and keep aside ur religion and tribe because you and I have no direct contact to GEJ/GMB; only their good governance we can benefit from and one of dem is corrupt while one is not although none of them is a saint.

You now have a choice to vote whoever you feel will protect ur interest as a nigerian not as a Christian/Muslim or northerner/southerner. No mater the persecution nobody can wipe away any religion or tribe away but we can all make nigeria great together except you are telling us there is a particular religion/tribe that support
corruption.

May God open your eyes to see what is good.

They are the major beneficiaries of his agricultural policy, especially fertiliser sales and dry season farming.

Most of his political appointees are northerners. Yet they preach against him in their mosques, set up boko haram to make the country ungovernable for him.

They have even started burning his campaign buses. Yet some stupid and clueless southerners will come out at Owerri, Awka, Enugu, etc to shout Change.

If you think the Hausa man is ready to live
as one Nigeria with us, you are mistaken.

I am sure Jonathan has learnt his lesson that you can never please an hausa man as long as you're not his brother.

You are a big disgrace to Igbo land and Christianity if you cast your vote for a northern muslim who imprisoned Ekwueme while Shagari was enjoying at home.

The northern muslim that imprisoned the best governor Imo state ever had.

Quit Unemployment Today and Join The TalkAfrica Revolution; Get Paid This Month

Talkafrica is becoming increasingly popular and more Nigerians are joining the forum on a daily basis; however, not everybody will be paid this month. [No 1 Premise]

To be paid by the end of this month, your e-wallet needs to exceed N2000, but many people will not even hit N1000. [No. 2 Premise]

I have already exceeded the N2000 payout threshold and I am going to be paid as from 29th of this month; this brings me to "Premise No. 3: many people will still not be paid because they will ignore the secret I am going to reveal to them here. [I have written so many threads on this forum, why should they even consider reading this?]

On December 9th, 2014, I persuaded @tejiri2009 to join me here and convinced him that this is a very great opportunity to earn a living. After he joined, I exposed him to all the secrets of being successful here: I had written several of these topics on the TALKAFRICA SECTION. He followed these secrets and reached payout within 13 days.

Advice: All Publishers Must Own A Blog To Earn More On TalkAfrica http://talkafrica.co/ng/p/8898/20788-updates

Here is another article on the Webmaster Section: Urgent!!! Every Publisher On TalkAfrica.co Network Should Read This http://talkafrica.co/ng/p/2564/20788-updates

Have you read the above articles? Then you are most likely to reach your first payout before the end of the month when publishers are paid. Have you not read them? Then, you still have the opportunity to do that.

For those who have done that, you may have observed that it was easy hitting set targets with the secrets above; however, it is even easier now with this new secret I am about to share with you. But, what is this secret?

The secret is: SHARE TOPICS AND EARN. So, if you want to quickly reach payout, you should focus your energy on this program.

There are three ways of making money on this forum at the moment; first: Referral program, second: publishers program, third: Share n Earn program. For this critical stage we are in, every publisher should focus heavily on sharing of topics on social media.

All you need to do to reach payout is get 2000 Africans (persons) to read any topic created on this forum; 2000 Africans will give you N2000. You receive N1 for every African who read the topics you share.

So, what are you waiting for? Are you not on twitter, facebook, linkedIn, BBM, WhatsApp, 2go, Nimbuzz, badoo, etc? Start sharing now and be paid at the end of the month.

It may also interest you to know that you receive a maximum of 5kobo for every Non-African person who read the topics you share.

Are you ready to cease this rare opportunity? Click to register http://talkafrica.co/signup/newsbeat

Thank you for reading!!!
